A ComRes poll for the SUNDAY MIRROR, conducted online on 15 and 16 February 2012 with a sample of 2,014 Britons aged 18 and over, found that 73% believed that the Government should ignore the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights and deport Abu Qatada immediately. This rose to 87% among the over-65s, 89% of Conservatives and 94% of United Kingdom Independence Party and British National Party voters. Overall, just 10% disagreed with the proposition, with 17% unsure. For the full tables, see:
