I am currently writing an essay as part of my study for an MA in Religious Studies with the OU based on the Dunfermline Presbytery Survey which you highlighted last year. I have been looking at trends in Scotland but cannot find anything on the trends over the last few years from the Scottish Household Survey. So as you suggest it’s probably not there. With your assistance I would be happy to try to do this piece of research.

I think religion will see a steady decline for various reasons.Respect overall in the general population has declined.at the present moment people many people are struggling to make ends meet so matters such as religion will take a back seat.
It’s hard to see this trend reversing anytime soon.
