In a Populus telephone poll for THE TIMES on 27-29 April 2012, 31% of 1,289 Greater Londoners who said they might vote in the London Mayoral election cited Ken Livingstone’s poor relationship with the Jewish community as an important factor in determining how they would vote. The proportion was greatest among those intending to give a first preference vote to Boris Johnson (40%). 51% dismissed the factor as unimportant, with 19% neutral or uncertain.
